Another busy day in amazing Mexico this morning after breakfast we all jumped into the mini bus and 2 taxis and we were driven to Taxco. Our first stop was at a silver shop where we learnt about the history of silver and how it has been mined in Mexico. We also learnt how to identify real 925 silver. We then drove to another silver shop where we all spent even more money. The rest of the day was spent browsing local shops and markets as well as visiting an extravagant cathedral. Before we left Taxco we drove to a spot which had beautiful panoramic views and provided an idilic photo opportunity.All in all another bright, colourful and hot day in Mexico. We all arrived back to Our Cabana happy with our purchases, just in time for dinner and a free evening. Adios, Anglia Guides!
