We left the beautiful house to start our 6ish hour journey down to Queenstown. The views along the way were amazing, so many lakes. We arrived in Christchurch from Brisbane late on Saturday night. Glenis, Johnny's family member who lives in Christchurch, picked us up from the airport. She took us back to her house which is like a 5* hotel! Her husband, Harm, built the house a few years ago and he certainly did a really good job. We embarked on our self drive fraser island tour, where 11 of us squashed in to the back of a 4x4! Fraser is the largest sand island in the world, covered in rainforest, dunes and lakes.
